Judith Buckland, MBA, RDCS, FASE
Founder and CEO


Judith Buckland formed CardioServ in October 2007. With an extensive background in adult and pediatric echocardiography her commitment to improve diagnostic healthcare through accreditation lead to the launch of CardioServ. She always strives for excellence and works diligently at improving the accreditation application process for Hospitals, physicians and technicians. Judith states “My goal is to accredit Labs with quality and ease while exceeding the expectations of my clients”.


Judith has 16 years of echocardiography experience and is still active with the advancement of echocardiography. Judith holds her RDCS and is a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE) and in addition to past committee involvement currently sits on the Membership Committee for the ASE. In addition she is the Vice President of the South Florida Echo Society.


Judith completed her MBA in 2011 with a major in Business Strategies. She is currently enrolled online at Cornell University in the Customer-Focused Product and Service Design Certificate Program upon completion she will stay on at Cornell University to complete the Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders Certificate Program.


Judith has a passion for humanitarian work and received the Frist Humanitarian Award in 2007 for her active participation and leadership with Adopt-A-Family and Food For Families.


Her hobbies and interests include running with the accomplishment of a half marathon in 2010. She is proud of her daughter who is an active duty United States Coast Guard serving in Kodiak Alaska and enjoys spending time with her 2 boys.

Joanne Ryan
Administrative Director


Joanne Ryan joined CardioServ back in 2009 and was promoted to the position of Administrative Director in January of 2011. During these years Joanne has grown with the company, with the responsibility of the daily company operations including Accreditation application processing, billing and receivables, payables and payroll and exhibit planning. In addition, she continues to provide excellent customer service to CardioServ’s clients. Joanne plays an active role in the strategic planning involved with the growth of the company.


Joanne has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare along with impressive sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining CardioServ, Joanne Ryan worked in an Administrative level position at The Hebrew Home for the Aged, in Riverdale, New York overseeing a team of over 18 staff members. She received the Service Excellence Award for her participation and development of the Hebrew Home for the Aged R.E.S.P.E.C.T Program; a program dedicated to customer service and respect in the workplace.


When Joanne moved to Florida in 2002 she took on the role as a director with BeautiControl overseeing a team of 98 members and received the Top Achiever Awards in 2005, 2006 and 2007.


Joanne has volunteered with the WHO Foundation (Women Helping Others). Her hobbies and interests include fundraising, bicycling and exercising and spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful girls.

Angela Mills, BA, RVS
Clinical Director


Angela Mills joined CardioServ in April 2011 and recently accepted the role as the Clinical Director. Her responsibilities include developing national clinical accounts, advising on Ultrasound and Vascular accounts and maintaining social media with clinical updates. Angela has held a position at Palms West Hospital since 2001 where she continues to use her Sonography skills and patient care. She was the first Sonographer to become registered in her department, lead the team to achieving accreditation with ACR, and was trained as a PACS Master Trainer with GE.

 

She comes to CardioServ with 11 years’ experience in all areas of Sonography ranging from patient care in a hospital setting to program director in the education sector along with 20 years of sales and marketing.

 

Currently Angela is a member of SDMS, ACR, South Florida Echo Society and CCI. She has been a part of several chambers of commerce, leads groups, served on several committees and participated in professional women groups. Angela received “The Eagle Award” and “Rookie Manager of the Year” with American Club Systems for developing the top ad of the year in 1996 and for having the most profitable grand opening in 1995.


Her hobbies and interest include scuba diving, flying, experiencing international travel, cooking (foodie), and enjoying wine along with her husband of 15 years.

Evy Terron BSRS,RT(R)(CT)(MR)
Clinical MRI/CT Specialist


Evy Terron is the latest addition to the CardioServ team accepting the role as Clinical MRI/CT Specialist in the summer of 2011. Her responsibilities include advising on MRI and CT accounts and MRI/CT Staff Clinical Development. Evy is fluent in Spanish and plans on extending CardioServ’s services into Puerto Rico. Evy has held a position at Palms West Hospital since 2001 where she continues to use her clinical MRI expertise along with her leadership skills and patient care.

 

Evy’s is registered in both CT and MRI and completed her Bachelors in Radiologic Science in 2008 from Florida Hospital College in Orlando, Florida. Evy is currently enrolled in the Masters in Healthcare Administrative program at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.

 

Evy has served on Advisory Boards within the hospital setting and is currently a writer and editor of the Insiders Newsletter. She has volunteered for the AHA and Multiple Sclerosis Association. Her hobbies and interests include biking, arts and crafts and camping. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Rhiannon Anderson
Education Resource Assistant


Rhiannon Anderson joined the CardioServ team in April 2010 after accepting the position as the Educational Resource Assistant. Rhiannon graduated from Wellington High School in 2010 and currently attends Florida State University majoring in Biochemistry and minoring in Psychology. Rhiannon also works as an undergraduate research assistant in the memory lab at FSU's Department of Psychology.


Rhiannon volunteers with the Stroke of Hope in Palm Beach Gardens working with stroke victors and she hopes to continue similar services at Tallahassee Memorial this semester. Rhiannon has a May 2013 graduation date and upon graduation plans on attending medical school.


Rhiannon is a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, a pre-med honor society and also is involved with Noles for Israel, a group that educates students on Israeli culture and achievements. Her hobbies include photography, reading and Pilates.
