Audits – Random Site Visits and Random Audits
With CMS mandating random site visits and random audits there is a possibility that you will undergo an audit at some point during your certification. Not to worry. CardioServ, LLC can help you prepare and pass your audit effortlessly.
Site Visits - Intersocietal Accreditation Commission
Although the exact day of your site visit is unknown, you will receive notification with a two to three month timeframe of the expected visit. Upon notice that you have been selected for a site visit we recommend you immediately call us at 800-964-1372.

Paper Audits - Intersocietal Accreditation Commission
Random audits consist of a paper audit. Your lab will be provided a 30 day timeframe to submit the requested information which includes proof of on-going quality assurance
Site Visit Assistance
If you have not maintained on-going quality assurance we will immediately complete one quarters worth of quality assurance in order to meet your 30 day deadline.
