- Course activity: enrolments, lesson progress, assessment results and certificates issued.
- Payment details: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
- To provide course access, track completion and issue CME certificates.
- To provide accreditation, consulting and quality improvement services requested by your organisation.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send administrative messages and, where you have opted in, course announcements.
- To meet accreditation record-keeping and legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who host our platform, process payments and deliver email on our behalf, with accrediting bodies where required to report credit, and where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in and course progress, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Blocking necessary cookies in your browser will prevent course access from working correctly.
5. Retention
CME completion records are retained for the period required by our accrediting bodies, typically six years. Other account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
6. Your choices
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate details in your account.
- Ask us to delete information we are not required to retain for accreditation purposes.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
7. Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are intended for healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
