Refund & Returns Policy
1. Online course refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course and have not attempted the post-test or been issued a certificate.
Once a certificate has been issued the purchase is final, as the credit has been reported.
2. Bundles
A bundle may be refunded within 14 days if no course within it has been started. If one or more courses have been started, the bundle is non-refundable.
3. Group and institutional purchases
Unassigned seats may be refunded within 30 days of invoice. Seats that have been assigned to a learner and activated are non-refundable but may be reassigned to another learner in the same organisation before the course is started.
4. Live courses and events
- Cancel more than 30 days before the event date: full refund.
- Cancel 14 to 30 days before: 50% refund, or transfer to a future date at no charge.
- Cancel fewer than 14 days before, or non-attendance: no refund.
- If CardioServ cancels an event, registrants receive a full refund.
5. Duplicate and incorrect purchases
Duplicate charges and purchases of the wrong course version are refunded in full when reported within 30 days, regardless of progress.
6. Technical issues
If a course cannot be accessed or completed because of a fault on our platform and we cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@cardioserv.net with your order number, the course name and the reason for the request. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
