1. Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful, professional purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to copy course content.
2. Accounts
Accounts are for a single named learner. Sharing login details is not permitted, as course completion and CME credit are recorded against the individual account holder.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Course enrolment and access
- Access to a purchased course begins at the time of purchase and continues for the access period stated on the course page.
- Course content may be updated to reflect current guidelines; material may change during your access period.
- Completion requirements, including any post-test pass mark, are stated on each course page.
4. CME credit and certificates
Credit is awarded only after all completion requirements have been met. Certificates are issued to the name on the account and cannot be transferred.
It is your responsibility to confirm that a course meets the requirements of your licensing body or credentialing organisation before enrolling.
5. Intellectual property
All course material, including video, images, text and assessments, is owned by CardioServ or its faculty and is licensed to you for personal educational use. Redistribution, resale, public display or use in institutional teaching without written permission is prohibited.
6. Educational purpose and disclaimer
Content is provided for professional education. It does not constitute medical advice and does not replace clinical judgement, institutional protocol or applicable professional standards.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CardioServ’s total liability arising from your use of the site or any course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
